Born in Terrassa, Barcelona, to an Australian father and a Spanish mother, Geoffrey has always loved cinema. In 2009 he graduated from ESCAC (Escuela Superior de Cine y Audiovisuales de Cataluña), specializing in direction.

Cargols! (Snails!), his graduation project, is a romantic comedy featuring a giant snail. Canal+ bought the television rights, and it has been selected by more than 100 national and international festivals, including Sitges, Sydney, London, New York, Hong Kong and Munich and has won more than 15 prizes.

After graduating he worked for production companies such as Escándalo Films, Arena Shots and Allehop on projects like “Arrós Covat” and “Animals”. He also participated in the workshops Four Corners and Base New Talent where he presented the project “Matt’s Summer”. He has also directed adverts for brands such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Movistar, Converse, P &G, and Promise among others.

Tercer Grado (Day Release) co-written with Jesus Lloveras and produced by Breaking Pictures, was his feature film debut. It has been selected by more than 20 festivals and has won over 15 prizes.

Currently he teaches at ESCAC, reviews films for El Latino Newspaper of Santa Barbara, and is developing his next feature film project.
